Dave Nanda

Dave is an Associate Project Director at Agilia and is highly experienced in regulatory finance, previously holding senior roles in central government, at regulators, in consultancy and at large corporates. He has a strong infrastructure background through his time at PwC, Ofgem and National Grid.

Dave was the Regulatory Finance Lead in the PwC Strategy & Consultancy practice, where he advised clients on business case development, cost of capital incorporating capital market theory, DCF techniques, regulatory reporting, risk analysis and subsidy control.

At Defra, Dave was the financial lead for the farming reform programme. He also led the finance for setting up the food parcels programme as part of the COVID response.

Dave led the regulatory finance team at Ofgem and was responsible for ensuring the legitimacy and viability of how energy network companies are financed and how performance is reported.

At National Grid, Dave was responsible for advising on the impact of proposed initiatives, to maximise regulatory performance.

Dave is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with EY.
