Ananya Allan

Ananya joined Agilia in September 2024. Ananya is an APM-certified Programme Benefits professional with over 15 years of experience in project controls management, primarily within the railways and infrastructure sectors.

Ananya began her career as a Project Delivery Coordinator with CAF Rail UK, working on the Heathrow Express, before transitioning to Benefits Management with the HS2 Programme in 2017. Most recently, she spent 18 months as a Lead Benefits Manager with the Home Office Automation Centre, which was established to scale automation delivery across the Home Office.

Ananya holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Maths from Delhi University.
