Merle Lambden

Merle is an Associate Project Director at Agilia and has 10 years’ experience as a Project Management Professional, delivering positive results across a variety of operational and strategic business roles in the water industry.  With extensive experience in Waste Treatment operations, investment planning, Compliance and the regulatory Price Review process, Merle brings with her a wealth of specialist industry knowledge. In addition, a BSc in Biology (Zoology Hons) and an MSc in Environmental Technology (Water Resources & Waste Specialist) ensures a balanced environmental perspective alongside commercial and industrial experience.  She is a natural innovator and network-builder, with keen attention to detail and focus on project outcomes, change and customer satisfaction through effective programme management. 

She is a confident leader, adaptive team worker and original thinker with the ability to disseminate complex concepts to diverse audiences through writing and public speaking.  Passionate about constructive sustainable progress in the environmental sectors through the development and implementation of transformative technological, cultural and process solutions.
