Charles Manuel

Charles joined Agilia in December 2024 from HS2, where he was Risk and Value Management Director for the SCS JV, H. was responsible for Risk Management, Business Continuity and Value Management.

Charles has developed and implemented systems of Project Control on numerous major infrastructure projects both in the UK and worldwide, including Lower Thames Crossing, Rail Baltica (Latvia), Panama Canal Expansion and HS2. Charles was the Head of Risk Management at Thames Tideway through the development stage, and the procurement of the business by Bazalgette Tunnel Limited, leading the procurement of the project Insurance and a Government Support Package
