Paul is a Manager at Agilia who is passionate about creating opportunity for people and skills through the creation and delivery of social value within infrastructure projects. Previously working for Suffolk County Council on policy, response and consultation with developers and applicants on the socio-economic elements of infrastructure development planning applications through the nationally significant infrastructure project planning framework. He has 12 years of experience in the education and skills sector with a strong engineering background, gaining valuable transferable skills in strategic planning and delivery, relationship building and project management.
