Rebecca Pynt

Rebecca joined Agilia in June 2024 as a Director. She has over 30 years’ experience, acting as an equity investor, lender, advisor and bond guarantor in private equity, corporate finance, project and infrastructure finance for global financial institutions. Rebecca has worked in the UK and Europe (>30 yrs), USA (2 yrs) and Australia (6 yrs) focusing on energy (including renewables/nuclear/climate tech), utilities, mining and transport. She has successfully closed over 40 large infrastructure and energy projects and has led multi-disciplinary teams.

From 2014 to 2022, Rebecca acted as an Infrastructure and Corporate Finance advisor to the Secretary of State, Ministers and sector teams within the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) and in 2017 departments merged into the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). From 2022 to 2024, Rebecca was an Independent Investment Committee Member for Eurazeo Infrastructure Transition Fund (EITF) with an ESG focus.
